【佛像制作工艺】——铜雕佛像的制作工艺流程
由客户提供佛像设计理念，或提供佛像雕塑参考图案→ 我厂设计师根据客户要求设计佛像最后图纸→ 交由客人确认 →泥塑工艺师根据设计图塑制泥塑模型→泥塑完成由客户确认→确认泥稿后翻制模具（硅胶模具）：

铜雕佛像的制作一般都要经过金属冶炼、锻造、雕刻、镀金、磨光、上红等几个重要的工序。工序比较复杂，工艺也十分考究。铜雕的铸造方法 有两种，即失蜡和模具法。

1.小型铜雕佛像制作需要采用精密铸造工艺（失蜡法）：→翻制（石蜡）模型→用石英砂等精铸材料制作雕塑型壳→烤制型壳脱蜡→烧制型壳→浇铸铜水→待铜水冷却后打碎型壳完成铜品制作→对铜品表面做着色、防腐以及其它处理→雕塑制作完成→客户验收完成→发货
