铜雕佛像的使用寿命怎样才会更长久
一、氧化银法。用氧化银与氧化亚铜涂抹铜雕工艺品佛像,能够覆盖氯化亚铜的暴出面,到达减缓铜雕腐蚀的效果。操作步骤是,先用机械除掉铜雕表面的粉状锈,能看到里面灰白色蜡状物氯化亚铜为止。然后将氧化银与酒精调成糊状,均匀的涂抹在氯化亚铜的表面,并且放置在湿润环境中,自然晾晒,使生成氧化亚铜和氯化铜。这两种物质都是为性质稳定的物质,可以防腐。多次重复前面的操作,直铜雕在高湿环境中仍不出现粉状锈为止。

二、苯骈三氮唑法。苯骈三氮唑与铜及其盐类能生成稳定的化合物,是铜雕表面透明的保护膜,使铜与空气隔离开来,避免水蒸气和空气中污染物的腐蚀。操作方法是:用蒸馏水和甲苯、丙酮等有机溶剂,洗净铜雕表面的泥土油污,晾干后浸入苯骈三氮唑酒精溶剂中进行浸透,即可构成这种保护膜膜。但苯骈三氮唑易受热分解,失去保护作用,所以最后要在铜雕表面涂一层高分子材料做封护膜。
2. Benzotriazole method. Benzotriazole can form stable compounds with copper and its salts. It is a transparent protective film on the surface of copper carvings, which separates copper from air and avoids the corrosion of water vapor and air pollutants. The operation method is as follows: using distilled water and organic solvents such as toluene and acetone to clean the clay and oil on the surface of copper carving, soaking in benzotriazole alcohol solvent after drying and soaking, the protective film can be formed. However, benzotriazole is easily decomposed by heat and loses its protective effect, so it is necessary to coat a layer of polymer material on the surface of the copper carving as a protective film.
